• Payment terms are as specified in the engagement letter. Late payments may attract interest and suspension of services.
• Out-of-scope services will be communicated and quoted separately before being performed.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving work products, returns, and filings before submission to regulatory authorities.
• Informing us promptly of any changes in business structure, contact information, or regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining copies of all filings, approvals, and correspondence shared by the Firm.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data shared with us. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties except as required by law, regulation, or with your explicit written consent. Our team members are bound by professional confidentiality obligations under the Professional services Act, 1949.

Limitation of Liability

The Firm provides professional services with due skill and care. However, our liability is limited to the fees received for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided on our website.
